Twice a week, Coach Anita McGuire leads students on runs through Sabino Canyon, where they build endurance, confidence, and an appreciation for the outdoors. From Falcon Stage to TV Spotlight
We are thrilled to celebrate the achievements of Foothills graduate Piper Runge, Class of 2019. Piper recently made her television debut on NBC’s Chicago Fire in Episode 13x10, “Chaos Theory,” and appeared as Mel Ortiz in CBS’s FBI Episode 7x04, “Doubted.” While at Catalina Foothills High School, Piper was a standout in many Falcon Players productions, captivating audiences with her talent and passion for the stage. It's wonderful to see her continue to pursue her dreams in the world of television and film. Congratulations, Piper! Your Falcon family is proud of you and excited to follow your journey.

At The District and Pima County Spelling Bees 1st Place: Natasha Jain (Ventana Vista Elementary, 5th grade) Advanced to represent CFSD at the Pima County Spelling Bee on February 15.

Congratulations to Canyon View’s Ava Erlacher! This talented 4th grader was selected in the Tucson Festival of Books’ Young Artists Competition.

OPEN ENROLLMENT
Open enrollment is a state law that allows students to attend schools outside of their resident school if the receiving school has the capacity to accept them. CFSD residents who wish to attend a school other than their home area school must apply under the open enrollment program as well as non-resident families.
