Welcome Back to Catalina Foothills School District!

We’re delighted that your family is continuing to be part of our community of learners. We know you have many educational options, and we truly appreciate your decision to stay with CFSD.

Key Dates for 2026–2027 Registration:

• Registration Opens: November 1, 2025
• Deadline for Continuing Open Enrollment Families: January 31, 2026
• Who Should Register: All continuing (resident & open enrollment) CFSD families and new resident families

Please complete your registration as soon as possible to help us plan class sizes and staffing for the upcoming school year.

Important: Continuing open enrollment families must complete registration by January 31, 2026, to maintain their open enrollment status. Families who miss this deadline will need to reapply, and placement will depend on space availability.

How Online Registration Works

CFSD’s online registration system allows parents and guardians to:

• Register students for the upcoming school year
• Submit required information electronically
• Upload necessary documents directly to CFSD

You can pause and return to registration at any time. Your progress and data will be saved. If you have multiple children, the system automatically links shared family information (such as address and parent details).

Tip: Only one parent or guardian should complete registration for each student to prevent duplication or errors.

Documents You May Need

Please have the following documents ready before starting your registration. You can upload clear photos or scanned copies (PDF, JPG, or PNG formats are accepted).

Required for All Students:

• Health Information/Emergency Contact Form 
• Immunization record (for data entry and verification)
  • Include the month/day/year (MM/DD/YYYY) for each vaccination dose.
  • Immunization data will be saved and can be updated annually.

Required for New Students or Famillies with a Change of Address:

• Child's birth certificate
• Proof of residency for new students or for students who have had a change in residence (e.g., current utility bill, contract on house, lease agreement)
• Academic records from previous schools (e.g., report cards, test scores, IEPs, gifted placement records)

Preschool Families (Valley View Early Learning Center):

• Immunization records must be submitted in print form to the Valley View office.

Accessing ParentVUE 

All online registration is completed through ParentVUE.

Continuing Families:

• If your child has ever attended CFSD, you already have a ParentVUE account.
• Use your existing username and password to log in.
• Do not create a new account.
• If you need help with your login contact your child’s school office.

New Resident Families:

• You’ll be prompted to create a new ParentVUE account after clicking the registration link.

Tip: If you do not see the 2026-2027 registration page on ParentVUE when registration opens on November 1, please try refreshing the page or log out of your account and log back in.

Need Help or Computer Access?

If you don’t have access to a computer or the internet, your child’s school can provide a computer during regular school hours so you can complete the online registration process.

If you need additional help, please contact your child’s school’s main office. Staff are happy to assist with login issues, uploading documents, or answering questions.
