Online Registration for 2023-2024
Welcome to the Catalina Foothills School District! We are delighted that you will be joining our community of learners. We know you have many educational options and we appreciate your decision to be with us!
Online Registration for the 2023-2024 school year is available for resident families and Open Enrollment families who have been accepted to a CFSD school through the Open Enrollment Program.

For Resident Families
Resident families who have continuing and/or new-to-district students for the 2023-2024 school year will use Online Registration to register students for school.
We respectfully request that you complete the registration process for your child(ren) as soon as possible to ensure that the district has accurate enrollment numbers to plan for teachers for the next school year.
For Open Enrollment Families
Current Open Enrollment families, which includes resident open enrollment families, and New Open Enrollment families will be notified by the Superintendent if a student has been accepted to a CFSD school through the Open Enrollment Program. Upon acceptance, you will receive instructions about registering your student(s).
Online Registration should NOT be completed by any open enrollment family until they have been accepted and receive notification to complete the Online Registration process.

Families who live within the district boundaries, but want to enroll a student(s) at a different school outside their attendance area must apply for Open Enrollment.
General Online Registration Information
Parents/guardians can register continuing and/or new students, submit information electronically, and upload selected documents directly to the district. The system saves student data so parents/guardians can exit before the registration is complete and pick up later where they left off. Family registration connects students and parents so there is no need to re-enter shared information (e.g., address) for multiple children.
Note: Only one parent/guardian should complete the registration process for each student in order to avoid duplication or errors.
You will need your student's immunization record to complete the information on the “Immunization” screen. For vaccinations, the month, day, and year (MM/DD/YYYY) are need for all doses in order to be considered valid. Once completed, the information will be saved and immunizations can be updated annually, as needed.
Please note: Immunization records must still be submitted to Valley View Early Learning Center in print form for each child in attendance there.
Documents Needed for Registration:
- Child's birth certificate (for new students only)
- Proof of residency for new students (e.g., current utility bill, contract on house, lease agreement)
- Immunization record for each student who is to be registered (to be used as a reference)

- Health Information/Emergency Contact Form (and other health-related forms, as needed)
- Records from previous school(s) that will be helpful for class placement (e.g., report cards, test scores, gifted education placement scores, special education records - IEP and MEP, etc.)
Returning Families: If your child(ren) has/have ever attended school in CFSD, you have a ParentVUE account. Please use your existing ParentVUE login information (username and password) to access Online Registration using the link at the bottom of this page. DO NOT create a new account. Please contact your school if you need any help with ParentVUE account information.
New-to-District Families: Follow the instructions to create a new account. The link can be found at the bottom of this page. Click on the link. Then select “More Options” and “Create a New Account.”

If you do not have access to a computer or the Internet, your child’s school will provide you with a computer during regular school hours to complete the online registration process.
